Return and Refund Policy

Changed your mind?

We hope you love SCOOP, but if you change your mind you’ve got 14 days from receiving your order to return any unopened products. Just email help@scoopnutrition.co.uk with your order number and we’ll help you sort it.

Please note: Return postage for change-of-mind returns is at your own cost.

Damaged on arrival (24 hour reporting)

We pack every order carefully to make sure your SCOOP products arrive safe and sound. If something arrives damaged, please email help@scoopnutrition.co.uk with your order number and a quick photo, and we’ll replace or refund it right away. We ask that any delivery damage be reported within 24 hours of receiving your order so we can resolve it quickly with our courier. This doesn’t affect your statutory rights, we’ll always replace or refund items that arrive damaged or faulty.

Incorrect item received

If you’ve received the wrong item, email us at help@scoopnutrition.co.uk with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We’ll correct the order and arrange a replacement or refund right away.

Hygiene & safety

Opened products cannot be returned for hygiene and safety reasons unless faulty.
